Temp to Hire Job Description: Associates will be in a warehouse environment and hand-picking orders, packing and labeling merchandise for shipment, prepare orders for shipment, and prepare merchandise returned on the Inbound side to fulfill the requires process for the items, maintain a clean and safe work environment, other related duties as assigned. - Retail Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient picking and packing of all orders destined for our retail stores. - Returns Associate, you will be responsible for processing all returned orders. You will scan the returned products through the system Deposco, quality inspect products, process refunds, and prepare items for restocking. You will work closely with other team members and uphold quality standards. - Putaway Associate, you will be responsible for storing all incoming products in their designated locations in our warehouse. You will conduct a quality check of every product to ensure the products are not damaged and are scannable in our systems before they are placed back into storage ready for the next customer order. - Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for retrieving PO Boxes from the staging area, scanning the products through Deposco, and accurately placing the products into bins for Putaway. - Pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, stooping, bending, twisting of boxes/bins or carts consecutively throughout the shift. - LPN Pick: Fulfillment Associates log into either Tote picks or LPN Picks. The iPod gives them the locations and items needed to fill orders. When the item is picked, it is assigned a waiting order, then placed on the line, and travels to pack/ship where the orders are packed out. Picking team members fill the orders. Initial Scan: Initial Scan assigns an LPN to each item and puts the item into Replen status so that it can be put away in the static racks for pickers to pick for orders. Must be able to stand for long period of time Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus Experience working with computers Ability to stand for long periods and bend, lift, and move product up to 50 lbs Flexible, punctual, and reliable. Willing to work extended hours when necessary Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Transportation/Parking Information: Public transportation accessible Free parking 14 day attendance probationary period Must be flexible in cross training Assignment Type: Temp to hire Hours: (ex: 12-hour shifts - 4:00AM-4:00PM) Monday- Friday 6AM-2:30PM 19/hr 3PM-11:30pm 19.50/hr Is OT required: Y, when needed PPE/Dress code: (list any PPE the candidate will need to provide.
