• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources
• Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams
