Benefits * Health Insurance * 401(k) * Paid Vacation * 5 day work week * Employee discounts Responsibilities: * Sourcing and acquiring the best possible used cars for the dealership through service drive, marketplace, kbb, autotrader and personal listings * Work closely with our team to identify the best vehicles to add to our inventory * Negotiate deals with sellers, and handle all the necessary paperwork. * Vauto, profit time, stock wave and dedication to a 55 day turn for used inventory The ideal candidate will:

• Minimum 3 years experience in used car acquisition

Have a strong understanding of the used car market and be able to use their expertise to find the best deals on high-quality used vehicles * Have excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Have exceptional understanding of the used car life cycle

Be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
