Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems with accuracy and efficiency. You will work remotely, ensuring timely and error-free data management to support company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or proprietary software systems

• Verify and correct data before input to ensure accuracy

• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times

• Update records and files as needed, ensuring all information is current

• Perform regular quality checks to identify and fix any inconsistencies

• Retrieve and organize data as requested by supervisors or team members

• Communicate with internal teams to clarify data discrepancies or requirements

• Follow company procedures for data management and security

• Maintain a consistent workflow to meet daily or weekly deadlines

Required Skills amp; Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or administrative training is a plus

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data entry software

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (typically 45+ WPM)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong communication skills and a reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or cloud-based data systems

• Knowledge of industry-specific data processes (e.g., medical, legal, finance)
