Roles & Responsibilities
- Support New Product Team and Line Extension Activities
- Launch and Commercialize New Products and Line Extensions
- Transfer New Products and Line Extensions to Manufacturing
- Assess and develop action plans for packaging-related manufacturing issues
- Support cost improvement programs and manufacturing improvement plans related to product packaging
- Create test protocols and technical reports
- Qualify and validate new components, equipment, processes, and operations
- Lead technical initiatives, CAPA resolutions, and compliance projects
Experience Required
- B.S. degree with 5 years experience or M.S. degree with 4 years experience
- Preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
Skills & Certifications
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of FDA requirements
- Project management abilities
- Understanding of packaging materials and testing methods
Eligibilities & qualifications
- B.S. degree in Packaging Engineering/Packaging Science, Life Sciences, or other Engineering disciplines with five (5) years of experience, or
- M.S. degree in Packaging Engineering/Packaging Science, Life Sciences, or other Engineering disciplines with four (4) years of experience
- Preferably with experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
