Job Description

As an Online Booking Coordinator, you will support clients by coordinating travel reservations and ensuring all booking details are handled accurately. You will work online to research options, manage confirmations, and communicate important trip information. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel bookings such as accommodations, transportation, and related services
  • Research booking options based on client requests
  • Enter, update, and manage reservations using approved online systems
  • Provide booking confirmations and relevant travel details to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries related to bookings and trip details
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all reservations
  • Stay informed on basic travel policies and requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple requests independently
  • Comfortable using online platforms and learning new tools
