Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: Philadelphia PA

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Type: Contract

Note : Position is temp to perm and 100% onsite. Schedule is Saturdays, Sundays and holidays - (1) 3pm to 11:30 pm shift and (1) 11pm to 7:30 am shift. Top 3 Keywords: 1- Medical Scheduling & Patient Services 2- EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) 3- HIPAA Compliance

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answer and screen calls, route inquiries, and provide routine information
  • Schedule patient appointments and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and documentation
  • Manage, organize, file, retrieve, archive, and track patient charts and records
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries following established procedures
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, calendars, travel, and departmental activities
  • Order and manage office supplies and assist with administrative projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in an office or clinical setting
  • Basic knowledge of office administration processes and best practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
