Position Summary

As an ERP Integration Specialist I, you will support the implementation of NetSuite ERP integrations with the ShipHero platform. This is a client-facing, project-based role that spans requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure integrations are delivered successfully and meet client-specific operational needs. This role also includes resolving ERP-related support tickets through Zendesk.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Integration & Configuration

  • Implement NetSuite integrations using ShipHero's SuiteApp and supporting tools.
  • Configure integration workflows for inventory, orders, fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Translate client business processes into functional mapping and configuration requirements.
  • Conduct API and data flow validation between ShipHero and NetSuite.

Client Communication & Project Management

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to gather ERP requirements and use cases.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ERP projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • Manage timelines, risks, and status updates in JIRA and other internal systems.
  • Host weekly check-ins and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Perform end-to-end testing of integration logic and data mapping.
  • Validate data sync accuracy between NetSuite and ShipHero, including edge cases.
  • Triage ERP-related support tickets submitted via Zendesk, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Engineering on system-level fixes or enhancements.

Documentation & Enablement

  • Create client-facing documentation and walkthroughs for NetSuite integration setup.
  • Maintain internal documentation of common configuration patterns, workflows, and known issues.
  • Share feedback with the product and engineering teams to improve integration quality and supportability.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience implementing or supporting ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with core NetSuite modules (Orders, Inventory, Fulfillment, Invoicing).
  • Understanding of basic integration principles (APIs, webhooks, data mapping).
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, SuiteScript).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Postman, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the ShipHero SuiteApp or NetSuite Connector tools.
  • Prior exposure to e-commerce or warehouse/fulfillment workflows.
  • Direct or conceptual experience with wholesale order management in NetSuite, particularly as it applies to fulfillment or WMS integration.
