Tract Capital has introduced two digital infrastructure strategies. The first is a horizontal powered land strategy focused on creating master planned data center campuses called Tract. The second is the mega-campus vertical development strategy called Fleet Data Centers.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NetSuite Administrator to manage and continuously improve our NetSuite ERP platform. This role is central to Tract’s operational infrastructure, supporting core functions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets evolving business needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability. You’ll also lead technical initiatives such as integrations with third-party tools, data migrations, and system upgrades, while maintaining strong documentation and governance practices. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite
• Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and customizations
• Support finance, operations, and other teams with reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity and security
• Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus

Expected Salary Range : Total Compensation $135,000 to $155,000 (Base + Annual Bonus)
