Join our dynamic team where you can earn commissions both as a mortgage loan officer and a realtor. This flexible, remote position allows you to assist clients in securing conventional, FHA, and VA loans while earning commissions from both the mortgage and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process mortgage loans by gathering all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth approval process.
If desired, you can opt for a lower mortgage loan commission split and refer prospects to another licensed mortgage loan officer (MLO) for loan completion.
You may also choose to utilize a lender's loan processing department or a third-party loan processing service for loan support.
Use your creativity and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to client needs, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and success.

Requirements:

Must hold an active NMLS Mortgage License.
Dual-licensed Realtors must have an active Florida real estate license.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and possible further action.
