Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Millwork Assembler with experience in furniture assembly, basic upholstery, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with wood, fabric, and tools to restore, repair, and maintain residential or commercial furniture. This is a Contract-to-Hire position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on wooden and upholstered furniture
• Conduct light upholstery work, including sewing and fabric replacement
• Handle general handyman tasks such as minor carpentry, hardware installation, and touch-ups
• Assess damage and recommend repair solutions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in furniture repair or upholstery
• Basic sewing skills (hand or machine)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and basic toolset preferred
