Job Summary:  

Curbside Infusion is seeking a reliable and adaptable Full-Time Medical Assistant (MA) to support clinical operations. This MA will provide on-site support in Irving/Frisco.. This position plays a key role in patient care, clinical preparation, and office coordination.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, infusion or outpatient clinic experience is a plus
• Must be willing and able to travel locally and out of state, sometimes on short notice
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities/Essential functions:
The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Travel to various Curbside Infusion locations, including last-minute and overnight assignments when necessary
• Check and record patient vital signs accurately
• Prepare patients and supplies for infusion therapy
• Assist nurses and providers during infusions and other clinical procedures
• Support front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling, and greeting patients
• Provide general administrative and clinical support at the Bellaire Office as needed
• Maintain clean and organized clinical areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical data in the EMR system
• Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned.
