Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems to address real-world business challenges. This role demands strong programming skills, a deep understanding of modern ML/AI techniques, and close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for applications such as classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets.
• Deploy and manage models in production environments using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining).
• Continuously improve model accuracy and performance through experimentation, evaluation, and iteration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ML/AI solutions and workflows.
• Stay current with emerging trends and tools in AI, ML, and data science.
• Document models, experiments, and processes to ensure reproducibility and collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and key ML libraries: NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch .
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade ML/AI systems.
• Practical experience with deep learning, NLP (transformers, LLMs), or computer vision.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional development environment.
• Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects, research, or technical publications.
