10 weeks with extension potential
We are seeking a Home Health experienced LPN to join our team assisting a local group in the Billerica area. This 13 week assignment offers extension potential, a supportive team and guaranteed 40 hours. We pay our LPNs hourly, ensuring they are paid for drive time in addition to mileage. The ideal LPN will have home health experience. As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients in the community
LPN Responsibilities
*Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality
*Assesses assigned case load of home health care patients
*Assumes primary responsibility for caseload
*Assesses patient needs
*Ongoing care and evaluation
*Communicates effectively with team
*Plan of Care revisions as necessary
LPN Contract Details:
*10 weeks with extension potential
*50-53 /hour based on experience. *paid drive time in addition to mileage*
*Guaranteed 40 hours
*No weekends
LPN Qualifications:
*Current LPN MA license or ability to obtain
*Prior LPN Home Health experience
*Active Auto Insurance and Driver's License
