Location: Wixom, MI (On-site only)

Salary: $40,000 - $75,000 per year (Base + Bonuses)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday

License Required: Active Property & Casualty (Life & Health a plus)

We're looking for a motivated and licensed Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing State Farm agency in Wixom, MI. This is an in-office role where you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support for policy changes, billing, claims, and more
• Educate customers about insurance options through needs-based conversations
• Assist with onboarding new clients and handling renewals
• Keep detailed activity reports and communicate progress to the agent

What We're Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or insurance experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• A self-starter with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced office setting
• Team player who is goal-oriented and eager to grow
• Must be available to work the following schedule Monday through Friday 9-5
