We are growing - and we are looking for a driven and knowledge Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will:

• Meet with customers to understand project goals, measurements, style preferences, and budget requirements.
• Develop detailed kitchen and bath layouts using design software (e.g., 2020 Design or similar) and present concepts for customer approval.
• Recommend cabinetry, countertops, hardware, fixtures, and complementary materials that align with the customer’s vision.
• Collaborate with contractors, installers, and sales staff to ensure plans are feasible, accurate, and aligned with lead times and availability.
• Revise designs as needed based on customer feedback or project updates.
• Perform additional showroom tasks as assigned by management.

• Appliances (consultation)
• Custom and special-order products

What We are Looking For

• Proficiency in kitchen and bath design software (2020 Design or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, appliance spacing, plumbing requirements, and ergonomic layout principles.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding measurements and order accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects.
