• Are you an Inside Sales person with a desire to earn over $100,000 in your first year?
• Base Salary + Commissions with great earning potential, AND ALL LEADS ARE SUPPLIED.
• The ideal candidate has great communication (including a strong phone voice) and organizational skills.

Position requires being in the office all 5 days - no remote applicants please. Responsibilities:
• Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
• Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
• No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews Qualifications:
• Sales, Real Estate, and Recruiting experience
• Ability to Commute to Bel Air, MD 21015• Strong money motivation
• Great phone voice and attitude
