Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Lewisville, Texas. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively screen, interview, and assess top talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles. - Conduct phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. - Review and assess resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions. - Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and ensure a seamless hiring process. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. - Provide recommendations and insights to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. - Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates' qualifications. - Skilled in conducting phone and in-person interviews. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices. - Experience in corporate or government recruiting is a plus.
