Job Description

HR Corporate Recruiter Location Dallas, TX (Southwest Dallas area) :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. This is a full-time position based in our office.

Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:

· Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

· Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.

· Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

· Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

· Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.

· Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment labor laws.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· At least 5 years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

· Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiting and the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
