Job Description

Seasonal, mostly day-VFR operations, hours may vary based upon the needs of the operation. Seasonal positions range from March thru October.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to perform tour flights of beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in Robinson R44 helicopters. Some ENG, law enforcement and search & rescue flights will be added to the mix. This is a fast-paced, upbeat, and fun flying environment. All our aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 400 hours verifiable total rotorcraft PIC experience
• 50 hours Robinson R44 PIC experience
• Robinson Helicopter Company Factory Pilot Safety Course within previous 5 years
• Fully dressed flight weight of 200lbs or less
• Positive, upbeat personality and a willingness to work with the general public
• Applicant must be able to follow direction and work harmoniously in a highly structured environment
• No accidents or FAA violations in last 10 years

Favorable Consideration to:

• CFI and/or CFI-I rated applicants
• Applicants with Robinson Helicopter experience
• A&P Certificate
• Robinson Helicopter Company factory maintenance school

Other Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident at time of application
• Able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
• Able to climb with balance on and off aircraft
• Requires the ability and/or willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call
• Must be willing to relocate to Myrtle Beach or surrounding area for the tour season
