We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Facility Custodian for our Fredericksburg location. Job Description The selected candidate will: + Ensure the inside of the building is kept professional and sanitized by cleaning, dusting, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping etc. + Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables. + Clean mirrors and windows. + Stock supplies for coffee and copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed. + Respond to emergency cleaning requests in a timely and professional manner. Required Qualifications The successful candidate's background will include: + High School Diploma or equivalent. + High degree of professionalism. + General knowledge of office cleaning. + Good communication skills/phone skills required. + Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace. + Regular physical attendance at worksite.
