We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Visual Lot Inspector to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to start a career in the automotive industry. No prior experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Open to all backgrounds
Must be dependable and comfortable working outdoors
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management: Parking, organizing, moving, scanning, and tagging vehicles for sale
Lot Maintenance: Keeping the lot clean, clear of debris, and secure
Customer Service: Assisting buyers, guiding them, and occasionally driving shuttles
Auction Support: Helping with preparation, loading, and sale day operations
Inspection: Checking vehicles for damage or missing items before auction
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical ability to move around large lots and operate equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Monticello, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
