Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with accuracy and professionalism. As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between our organization and our valued clients, all while fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and address their inquiries with professionalism.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and various departments within the organization.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding services, products, and policies.
• Document client interactions and feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss communication strategies and share insights.
• Assist in creating and distributing communications materials to enhance client engagement.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
