🎯 What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager Trainee , you’ll learn every aspect of business leadership and campaign management:

• Learn the essentials of business operations, marketing strategy, and client relations

• Support live events, fundraising efforts, and community campaigns

• Help monitor team performance and contribute to achieving campaign goals

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, donors, and event attendees

• Lead by example in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
