We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Virtual Data Entry & Records Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing various types of data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that data is easily accessible and organized. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Input data from various sources (documents, forms, spreadsheets) into designated databases or systems with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Record Maintenance: Ensure that all records are up-to-date, properly filed, and easy to retrieve when needed.

  • Data Verification: Verify and correct data as necessary to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity.

  • File Management: Organize and store digital files, ensuring they are appropriately labeled, categorized, and stored securely.

  • Reporting: Generate periodic reports as required, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Communication: Communicate regularly with team members or managers to ensure data entry and records tasks are progressing as expected.

  • Confidentiality: Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately and in compliance with company policies.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Proven experience in data entry, records management, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.

  • Proficiency in using computers, office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and data management systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
