We are a successful and rapidly growing Jiffy Lube franchise with locations ranging from Fort Collins, Longmont, Boulder and Denver. We are in need of highly motivated sales people who in our industry are known as Customer Service Advisors. The primary function of the Customer Service Advisor's role is to educate our customers on their vehicle maintenance needs while providing an excellent service experience. Our ideal candidates would be highly motivated, ambitious and detail oriented, with prior sales experience being preferable, but not necessarily a requirement. THIS IS A COMMISSIONED POSITION WITH POTENTIAL TO EARN UP TO $1000 EACH MONTH IN ADDITION TO THE HOURLY RATE. • Able to follow instructions and move in a fast paced work environment
• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work retail hours
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
