Job Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess clients' skills, interests, and goals
• Provide guidance on career options, job search strategies, and resume writing

• Assist clients in identifying career strengths and areas for improvement

• Help clients prepare for interviews, job applications, and networking events
• Offer advice on career development, salary negotiations, and work-life balance
• Stay updated on job market trends, hiring practices, and industry-specific requirements
• Provide coaching on personal branding, LinkedIn profile optimization, and professional networking
• Develop and facilitate career workshops and group sessions for job seekers
• Track client progress and adjust career plans as necessary to ensure success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• Previous experience in career counseling, coaching, or human resources

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

• In-depth knowledge of job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation

• Understanding of career development theories and job market trends

• Excellent communication and coaching skills

• Ability to motivate and empower clients in their career journeys
