Are you a Hawaii resident with a passion for helping others? We're looking for Call Center Customer Service Agents to join our remote team! In this role, you'll assist customers by providing helpful product and service information, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.
Stay informed about evolving products and services to better assist customers.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
A positive and professional attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
