If you're a midlevel associate with sharp private equity acumen and a passion for complex healthcare deals, this is your next move. This team is ranked nationally by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers, and regularly consulted by top media for insight into healthcare law. What You’ll Do:
• Advise on sophisticated healthcare transactions, especially private equity deals
• Work with clients across the full spectrum of the healthcare industry — hospital systems, specialty clinics, VC funds, and more
• Collaborate with a team delivering sharp, business-focused counsel with deep regulatory insight
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–6 years of healthcare transactional experience at a top law firm
• Significant exposure to private equity clients or transactions
• Strong academic record and writing skills
• NY Bar admission required
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
