Job Title: Assembly Tech

Pay: $27 an hour | $45 a day per diem |Travel reimbursement | Hotel accommodations paid for - double rooms | Overtime 1.5 | Weekly Pay
We are seeking a semi-skilled Assembly Technician to join our seat manufacturing team. This role focuses on assembling pre-covered seats using adhesives and material-stretching techniques. Ideal candidates are highly manual, dependable, and demonstrate strong hand dexterity . Upholstery assembly experience is highly preferred.
Assemble seat components using glue, hand tools, and manual stretching methods
Apply adhesives accurately to ensure proper bonding of materials
Stretch and secure upholstery fabric or covers tightly and neatly over seat frames
Inspect parts for quality standards throughout the assembly process
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety and work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Previous experience in upholstery, furniture, or automotive seat assembly preferred
Strong manual skills and hand dexterity require
Comfortable working with adhesives and hand tools
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Upholstery or trimming experience
Familiarity with seat construction and cushion materials
Experience in a lean manufacturing or fast-paced production setting
